The Miracle Mile real estate market is made up of many beautifully maintained properties in a variety of different architectural styles to accommodate every taste. Values range between $300,000 for small Miracle Mile area condominiums and LA County townhouses to well over $1 million for larger homes in historic areas within the Miracle Mile community. Many different architectural styles are represented, including Spanish, craftsman, traditional, contemporary, tudor, cottage, and bungalow styles. Many of the homes were built during the 1920s and 1930s featuring the customary hardwood floors, moldings, coved ceilings, leaded windows, and beautifully tiled bathrooms and kitchens representative of that era of construction.

For a loan larger than conventional conforming loans, or 'jumbo' loan, the 30 year rate is 4.41%, while the 15 year jumbo rate currently is at 4.12%.
